...is a small food court-style operation in a Mall setting. It has three stools at the sushi bar and table seating in the promenade. It is at 50 Penn Place in Oklahoma City located on the intersection of NW 50th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue on the south side of the North West Expressway. It is a family run business. The Master Chef is Tokky Higuchi. He has gained his experience as a Sushi Chef by working in the sushi restaurants in Oklahoma City for over a decade. Tokky, a native from Hokkaido, in northern Japan, has always wanted to own his own place. He got his wish when he opened I Love Sushi.
