James S. Ferguson, President & Managing Broker of the company, has dedicated in excess of 25 years to the business of real estate development, construction, commercial leasing, project management, appraisal and sales. After a brief period as a licensed securities broker, Jim followed in his family's footsteps entering the construction and development arena in the mid-seventies, becoming completely involved in over 600,000 SF of commercial development, construction and leasing.
