New Horizons Child Development Center began its operations in 1986 with the operation of a single facility licensed for forty-five children. It currently operates four early childhood centers and one facility specifically designed for school age children. New Horizons serves over seven hundred children and their families in the Edmond and Northwest Oklahoma City area. All NHCDC sites serve infants and children through age twelve.
