| The Oklahoma County Court Services unit includes O.R. Bond, Conditional Bond, and Community Services. Title 22 O.S. Section 1105.1 established the Pre-Trial Release Act. Unit personnel are responsible for gathering and reviewing information about an accused person to assist in making a determination to release the individual from custody.Court Services unit employees believe in holding offenders accountable for their actions. Court Services supervisors and employees work to preserve public safety for all citizens of Oklahoma County. |
