The Parents Assistance Center (PAC) is a non-profit, tax-exempt agency founded to decrease child abuse and neglect by providing education and support for parents.PAC also offers violence prevention services through anger management groups. In responding to the needs of families from every neighborhood in Oklahoma City, PAC staff and volunteers serve approximately 3,000 local parents and children each year
