Parr Automotive had its beginning as a desire in the mind of Don Parr Sr. to be his own boss and run his own business. Don was a self taught man who grew up up in Southwest Oklahoma, Survived the Depression and came to Oklahoma City in the 1940's for a better life. He worked at jobs after moving Oklahoma City, most of which were automotive related, gas stations, repair shops always honing his skills as a mechanic who could fix anything.
