I have no idea how a 10lb Shih Tzu can get away from a groomer little lone a company that does dog grooming. I live in Kansas and my parents are currently still looking for my dog. When I went there to ask what the hell happened they gave me some lame story and never even said sorry to me or my husband about what happened. We have yet to find our baby and it has been very hard for our family. I would never recommend anyone to take there loved ones here because I would never want this to happen to some other family. It has been heart breaking and the worst experience ever. Our little dog is still missing and they have done nothing. PLEASE DO NO TAKE YOUR PETS HERE, PLEASE AND TELL EVERYONE NOT TO TAKE THERE PETS HERE. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN.
