Robert Smart began his company in January 2001 full-time after retiring from a twenty-five year career with the Oklahoma City Police Department. The majority of his career was spent in investigations. As a Detective Inspector, he was assigned to various divisions. Having twenty-three years experience as an investigator for the Oklahoma City Police Department has prepared him to perform at a high level for investigating workman’s compensation cases. He has assisted with saving insurance companies hundreds of thousand of dollars.
